How to Return
Hapy Hatch offers an ‘Easy return policy’ where you can initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery by sending an email at info@hapyhatch.com.
Kindly note that product(s) shall be returned in their original packaging with all parts, freebies, and the original receipt. Ensure proper packing to prevent damage during return transit.
Pickup Service
For eligible pin codes, return pickups are scheduled within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). Unexpected logistics challenges may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted under these conditions:
- Tampered product seal
- Product damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Missing original packaging, including hang tags, labels, and accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged
- Used or altered products
- Return request initiated after 7 days of order delivery
- Free products provided by the brand is not sent back
Items sold during End of Season Sale (EOSS), Winter Wonderland Sale or Exhibitions are not subject to Exchange / Return. Kindly choose your size wisely.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
We always try our best that the product delivered to you is correct and of utmost quality.
However, in rare cases, if your product is damaged during shipment/transit or you receive a defective/wrong item, you are requested to record an unboxing video of received package (from opening the package and until opened in a single shot), in order to avail refund.
Kindly share such unboxing video and your concern in an email at info@hapyhatch.com within 7 days of product delivery.
- Pickup of products will be arranged within 2-4 business days. Refund processing begins upon receipt of returned products in their original condition.
Partial Order Returns
You can return individual items from your order. Each return request can only be made once per order, and all components and complimentary gifts must be returned in full. In such a case, you can initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery by sending an email at info@hapyhatch.com.
Refunds for Returns
Refunds for returned products are processed upon receipt and verification at our warehouse.
- For prepaid orders, refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- For cash on delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer to the provided billing details, completed within 24-48 business hours of receiving the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before delivery/shipment:
You can cancel your order anytime before its delivery/shipment by logging into your Hapy Hatch Profile under ‘My Account’ section. Refunds for cancelled products will be credited to you within 24-48 business hours after processing your cancellation request.
- Specific products within an order cannot be cancelled separately; cancelling one product cancels the entire order.
- Once an order is delivered, our standard return policy applies.
- We will notify you of the approval/disapproval of your cancellation request via email or text.
- If an order is cancelled during transit, refunds are processed only after receipt and verification of returned products.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders/ Process Duration
- Refunds for payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking are credited back to the same account within 24-48 business hours of receiving the products. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For cash on delivery transactions, refunds are processed via bank transfer to the provided billing details, completed within 24-48 business hours of receiving the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
